Notice regarding the "Outpatient Infection Prevention Improvement Surcharge"

 

At our clinic, we are proactively taking measures to prevent infection in order to protect patients, their families, hospital staff, visitors, and others from the risk of infectious diseases.

In addition, our outpatient clinic will accept patients who have fever or other symptoms that may suggest an infectious disease, regardless of whether they have a history of visiting a doctor.

 

In order to provide medical care that patients can feel safe with, our hospital meets the facility standards for the outpatient infection control improvement surcharge set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and will begin calculating the relevant medical fees from July 2024.

 

Our hospital is taking the following measures to prevent infection within the hospital:

・We accept patients with fever or other infectious diseases, regardless of whether they have a medical history.

As a necessary infection prevention measure, the spatial and temporal separation of patients with fever

We are taking measures such as separating traffic flow.

・We use antibiotics appropriately in accordance with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's guidance.

We also take measures to prevent hospital-acquired infections, such as providing training and guidance on infection control measures.

・ Our hospital will continue to take measures to prevent infection, such as wearing masks, disinfecting hands, and ventilating the facility, so we appreciate your understanding.
